My mother-in-law and I bought some boxes of Sevigny's Thin Ribbon Candy yesterday. "No Fat. No Cholesterol. No Salt. No Preservatives." I'm not sure if I want to eat it or keep it -- the thin ribbony waves are quite striking. *[Watch a clip on the process here and another here.]

Such an amazing videos. I tend to think everything is made by machine these days; it's nice to see craftsmen/women at work.
