This past spring when I had been contemplating my new life as a mother and how to find balance with my role also as wife, friend, and designer, I found this book very poignant. "A mother, writer and aviator, Anne Morrow Lindbergh during a brief vacation by the sea ponders the trappings of modernity that threaten to overwhelm us -- helping us find a space for contemplation and creativity within our own lives." This book was a gift from my Aunt to my mother in 1969 -- see inscripton below *[Published 1955, it is revelant today. Hear more about this book on NPR.]
My all time favorite book... thank you for bringing it back to mind :)
